They help with your party planning and let us have all the information we need to make your party a fabulous success. Be sure to Print out your party checklist for the day of the party so things go smoothly.

Description of party location ( tight residential, apartment complex, suburbs etc.) Remember we have to bring a truck and trailer so letting us know if the parking is good or bad helps us, as well as what type of environment we will be encountering with the ponies.

The balance of the fee is due on the day of the party, by check or cash. Should you wish to pay by credit card please contact us before the date of you party.

Cancellation Policies:

We come rain or shine. The ponies don't care if it is raining and neither will the kids when they are on the ponies. So put on the rain jackets and keep the fun going! I would hate to be the parent that told the kids the ponies weren't coming...

Should there be a need for us to cancel due to a catastrophic pony illness ( making all our ponies unavailable) or some other unlikely event we will refund your money and give you a credit for a discounted Perky Pony Party.

If you must cancel we require a one week notice to receive a refund.

Right to refuse service.
 
We reserve the right to refuse service in the highly unlikely event we find a situation dangerous for the kids or our ponies.
