SEATTLE PONY PARTY

5 must ask questions before you book your party

Why spoil your entire event because you didn't get the right information? Ask the pony party company questions before you book your party.

1. Are your ponies healthy and pain free?

To have a great party the ponies must feel good about their jobs, be well fed, be pain free, and happy to be at work. Some places use ponies that are very old and should be retired, or have medical issues that cause them pain when used, or are under weight.

At Seattle Pony Party we only use ponies that are in the prime of life, that do not have medical issues that would cause them discomfort while in work. Our ponies are fed the best timothy hay on the market, given appropriate vet care and preventative care, are given massage on their days off and plenty of room to roam about. We are happy to have our ponies vet verify their care.

2. Are the ponies clean?

Some people just drag the ponies in from a pasture and throw the saddle on and call it good. When the ponies arrive they can be dusty and stinky and that can be a real damper to your beautiful event.

At Seattle Pony Party we take our time to give our ponies a bath and grooming before your party. While this adds to the time it takes to get ready and on the road we want to ensure that our ponies are sparkling clean for your photos. We acknowledge that ponies are animals and having them clean enough to eat off  is not possible, but we do our utmost to have them sparkling clean, smelling great and beautiful for your event.

3. Is the staff well presented and happy to be at your party?

It's hard to know who is going to show up at your party when you just hire a company without checking them out. Sometime the staff shows up dirty, sullen, swearing, and bored looking. That can ruin your party pretty quickly, and you can't really send the ponies home once they are there. All the precious photo memories can be ruined by crude slogans on shirts or disgruntled looks on the handlers faces.

At Seattle Pony Party, we only hire people that love ponies and kids to ensure they are positive, upbeat and happy to be at your special event. We dress conservatively to create a clean and professional back drop for your precious photo memories. We love to interact with the kids and consider it a privilege to be included at your event.

4. Is the company and staff professional?

Some of the people giving pony parties are not business people, but people who happen to have a pony or two. They are not invested in their reputation, their ponies or your event, simply the money. Needless to say your party will suffer this way.

At Seattle Pony Party we are dedicated professionals. Our management and ownership comprises of people that have been in other businesses and corporate industries as well as the horse industry for over 20 years. We understand that we thrive because of our customers and their satisfaction of our services. From the owners to the staff we pride ourselves on what we do and how we present ourselves. Professionals from start to finish

5. Does the company communicate effectively from start to finish?

It can ruin your planning to not have effective communication. A pony party that you planned can be ruined by not having the ponies show up, or show up hours late.

At Seattle Pony Party we realize this is a very special event and we are honored you chose us to be there to share it. We understand that effective communication is the key to a successful event. We will email you confirmations about a week ahead of time and we will call and let you know if something unforeseen comes up while in transit. We strive to be right on time so your party can go as planned without a hitch.

We will send you a thank you letter after your event as well and ask for your feedback about our service, as well want to make sure we are doing the absolute best we can.
